Encore and Classic Catalog offline - Network Upgrades

This morning Encore and the Classic Catalog will be unavailable during a network upgrade at the library.  We hope to have things back up and running soon.  Why are we upgrading?  To prepare for a new VOIP phone system and upgraded and expanded wireless service at the library.

During this upgrade library staff will also be unable to properly renew items over the phone.

Thank you for your patience during this upgrade.

Email glitch - Library notices from November 2011

Last night we updated our automated system.  Our vendor warned us that any email notices that had previously been "stuck" in the queue would be automatically sent out after the upgrade.  So last night, at 6:48pm when our upgrade completed, many of you received email notices from November 2011 that never made it out of our system.

We apologize for any confusion this has caused.  Please know that these are simply stray emails that were never delivered and that your library account ( ie. items checked out, holds placed, fines etc.) remains unaffected.
