The MSU Museum, opens a new window is again hosting its annual its Darwin Discovery Day on Saturday, February 13, 2021 between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm. This year, for the first time, the program will be virtual. Attendees can interact live with MSU scientists, see real specimens from university science collections, and explore an interactive website to learn more about Darwin and his impact on science.
Also, for the first time, the museum is creating Darwin Discovery Bags for science fun away from screens, and they will be available curbside at the library. The grab bags will contain materials and instructions for crafts, activities, and other goodies, so please stop by during regular curbside pick up hours and pick one or more up to enjoy at home. The Darwin Discovery Bags will be available on a first come, first served basis, starting Tuesday, February 9 and until they run out, or until Saturday, February 13.
