It's the moment we've been waiting for - our Jim Gill video book is complete and ready to view!!
Jim Gill is an award-winning musician and author. He worked with the East Lansing Public Library on an exciting project based on his book, May There Always Be Sunshine. Back in January, Jim asked the library and the community to work together to create pages for an uplifting community art display. In order to celebrate that display, Jim created a community VIDEO book with a number of the pages that were created!
Thanks to the community members, staff and Marble Elementary students who illustrated their wishes for this wonderful video book. Throughout the month of March you can come and view the art from Marble Elementary School displayed in the library.
Most of all, thank you to Jim Gill for collaborating with ELPL on this exciting project!
