Pick up a Surprise Stack, a small collection of books with titles that will be a mystery to you, curbside or in person, for the school-age children and youth in your household. Staff will create Surprise Stacks almost randomly, with hopes that patrons will be introduced to new authors, illustrators, genres, and subjects that they might not otherwise look for on their own. Stacks will be created with two age-groups in mind:
- PreK
- Lower Elementary
Call the library at 517-351-2420 to request a stack (just choose your age group) and to make a curbside pickup appointment to get your mystery books!
