The East Lansing Public Library occupies the ancestral, traditional and contemporary lands of the Anishinaabeg Three Fires confederacy of Ojibwe, Odawa and Potawatomi peoples land ceded in the 1819 Treaty of Saginaw.
1. Call to Order 5:35 p.m.
2. Roll Call
Trustees present: Pamela Smith, Ameenah Asante, Shawn Nicholson, Polly Synk, and Amy Zaagman. Trustee Shawn Nicholson was excused. Also present were Friends Representative Toba Kaplowicz, Library Director Kevin King, and Executive Assistant to Director Shori Teeple. Four guests present.

- $4,000 November sales in Friendshop.
- Many donated items received for holiday sale.

7.1 Resolution 04-25 to approve 2025 ELPL Board of Trustees Meeting Dates -- Action

Synk moved to adopt meeting schedule with amendments to include 5:30pm start time for all events and January date to be moved forward to January 22.

7.2 Director Evaluation -- Action
Motion for library to give a one-time compensation adjustment for Kevin King in the lump sum amount of $2500.
