Computer having a conundrum? Email giving you the blues? Meet one on one with the ELPL Technology Team and get answers to your tech troubles. Offering assistance with smart devices, email, apps, and more. Bring your device and any needed passwords relating to your issue.

Registration is required. Hourly appointments are available every Monday and Wednesday from 12-2pm. Appointments may be made up to four weeks in advance by registering below.

If appointment times are fully booked, register to be entered to a waitlist and be notified if you are moved to an available timeslot.

The East Lansing Public Library is NOT responsible for any problems that occur while troubleshooting or working on your device, software, or account. You are responsible for backing up your data before bringing it to ELPL. The ELPL Tech Team does not perform tech repair.
